Methodology

Our consulting methodology was designed to avoid the pitfalls that commonly make strategic plans unimplementable.  Our view is that a multi-disciplinary approach is required and that multiple inputs must be integrated into a coherent whole.

Our methodology, the Barrington Convergent Wave™, is designed to drive a converging business process that can be used to develop data and then seek an optimal solution in presence of numerous constraints.

There are three core phases to our methodology:

  • Needs.  Determining customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Synthesis.  Integrating customer and market findings with business goals to determine: specific customer requirements for your business/products, competitors & alternatives, and business strategy.

  • Results.  Delivering directly usable outputs for business model, customer ROI, and more specific inputs for product requirements and features.
